Founded in 2008, Remnant Ministries aim is to advance God's Kingdom, share God’s love, and build God’s church through the prophetic direction of God, prayer, worship, discipleship, discipline, obedience, and fellowship.
In 2014, Awaken The Remnant was established to implore the church to remove entertainment, false ideologies, philosophies of men, pop psychology, traditionalism, emotionalism, and all other forms of paganism and apostasy; to wholly devote themselves to Christ Jesus, His mission, and His truth alone - ensuring true Biblical repentance, transformation, and salvation as it is determined by the Word of God without rival.
A Watchman is one appointed to guard, to protect, to watch, to look narrowly, to observe, to preserve, to restrain, to keep anddeclare the commandments of God - including moral, civil, and dietary laws. Watchmen reside in the secret places of God, observing things most of God's people do not take the time to discern nor understand for themselves.
Their intense perspective comes from both inspiration and observation. Watchmen will not remain silent, preaching the things of God without fear or favor, warning others of the impending danger while others live their lives. They never yield to pressure nor manipulation, but seek a true anointing from the Holy Ghost that cannot be conjured by man.
Ignoring a watchman will suffer consequences, while taking heed to the watchman’s warning will preserve your soul. A watchman’s purpose is not subject to what others think or feel; rather, only in the Truth of God and what is - both in this physical realm and in the spiritual realm. Opinions of men have no place in a watchman’s warning.
Watchmen are determined to wake people out of the slumber they so carelessly and comfortably fell. They are firmly established in the Word of God and preach repentance and restoration, while offering opportunities to respond to the only saving Gospel. Watchmen teach, warn, and admonish. They announce approaching danger and speak where and how to find safety. Watchmen will tell you the Truth - unbiased, unwavering, and unfeigned - without regard to what you may think of them.
And that, knowing the time, that now it is high time to awake out of sleep: for now is our salvation nearer than when we believed.
Awake to righteousness, and sin not; for some have no the knowledge of God: I speak this to your shame.
14 Wherefore he saith, Awake thou that sleepest, and arise from the dead, and Christ shall give thee light. 16 Redeeming the time, because the days are evil.
For we are made partakers of Christ, if we hold the beginning of our confidence stedfast unto the end;
If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways;
then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.
6 I have set watchmen upon thy walls, O Jerusalem, which shall never hold their peace day nor night: ye that make mention of the LORD, keep not silence, 7 And give him no rest, till he establish, and till he make Jerusalem a praise in the earth.
22 Seeing ye have purifying your souls in obeying the truth through the Spirit unto unfeigned love of the brethren,
see that ye love one another with a pure heart fervently: 23 Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever.
1 And unto the angel of the church in Sardis write; These things saith he that hath the seven Spirits of God, and the seven stars;
I know thy works, that thou hast a name that thou livest, and art dead. 2 Be watchful, and strengthen the things which remain, that are ready to die: for I have not found thy works perfect before God. 3 Remember therefore how thou hast received and heard, and hold fast, and repent. If therefore thou shalt not watch,
I will come on thee as a thief, and thou shalt not know what hour I will come upon thee.
6 For there shall be a day, that the watchmen upon the mount Ephraim shall cry, Arise ye, and let us go up to Zion unto the Lord our God. 7 For thus saith the Lord; Sing with gladness for Jacob, and shout among the chief of the nations: publish ye, praise ye, and say,
O Lord, save thy people, the remnant of Israel.
17 Son of man, I have made thee a watchman unto the house of Israel: therefore hear the word at my mouth, and give them warning from me. 18 When I say unto the wicked, Thou shalt surely die; and thou givest him not warning, nor speakest to warn the wicked from his wicked way,
to save his life, the same wicked man shall die in his iniquity; but his blood will I require at thine hand. 19 Yet if thou warn the wicked, and he turn not from his wickedness, nor from his wicked way, he shall die in his iniquity,
but thou hast delivered thy soul. 20 Again, When a righteous man doth turn from his righteousness, and commit iniquity, and I lay a stumblingblock before him,
he shall die: because thou hast not given him warning, he shall die in his sin, and his righteousness which he hath done shall not be remembered;
but his blood will I require at thine hand. 21 Nevertheless if thou warn with the righteous man, that the righteous sin not, and he doeth not sin, he shall surly live,
because he is warned; also thou hast delivered thy soul.
Our mission is to wake up the Remnant with the whole truth of the Word of God. If you attend a 501(c)3 faith-based ministry, chances are you also follow false doctrines of man or a corrupt image of God due to upbringing, traditions, good intentions, and false teachings passed through generations of teaching bound by policy restraints, regulations, and requirements of the government. This model of mainstream Christianity is the devils greatest deception - masquerading as an angel of light to keep you from the full, saving Truth.
As a 508(c)1a faith-based organization, we are not influenced nor persuaded by false doctrines of men, nor are we willing to compromise for power, prestige, nor the wealth of those itching ears that desire false interpretations. With regard to sharing God’s Truth, we are not bound by government compliance, nor censored through 501(c)3 policy, nor bound by bureaucratic interference. God remains the true head of our ministry. Under a 501(c)3, you simply cannot be sure whom is served: God or government.
We look at Scripture alone. ("sola Scriptura") And Christ alone. We seek Truth and salvation. We seek conviction, and holiness, and modesty. We seek Jesus, the fullness of the Godhead bodily. We will never pervert, water down, nor pick and choose what the Word of God has to say. We share it at face value and allow God’s Word to interpret itself and have the final, authoritative say.
